– 1 kilo whole chicken breasts
– 1 head of garlic (whole teeth with skin)
– Pepper in grain
– 2 sliced onions
– Laurel
– Salt

– 2 glasses of EVOO Gen de Oliva
– 1 glass of vinegar

Cut the chicken pieces into large pieces. Overlay the chicken with onion. Put all the ingredients into a saucepan.
